You are responsible for what you submit. Do not post threats, harassment, private information, spam, or claims you cannot explain.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you took it or have permission to share it. You grant Rentee a non-exclusive license to store, display, resize, moderate, and remove it as needed to operate the service.

Rentee may hide, edit, or remove content that violates community standards or creates safety/legal risk.

Property verification means Rentee has checked that a person appears authorized to represent a property. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification of quality, or guarantee that any property information is complete.

Rentee information is provided for renter research and should not be treated as legal, financial, safety, or housing advice.

Rentee is independent and is not affiliated with Zillow, apartments.com, property management companies, landlords, colleges, or listing platforms.
